Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Winston-Salem, North carolina - A leading audit assistance company seeks an experienced Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and enrolling prospective customers. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a high volume sales environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to the company?s prospect list
Convert company prospects to registered accounts
Create follow up lead lists for prospects who indicate interest in offering the company?s services but aren?t ready to register
Enroll registered accounts into the company?s online training program
Make routine follow up calls to newly registered accounts to ensure participation
Maintain accurate and comprehensible records of all conversations in our prospect database
Attend 5 industry trade shows from July - September
Possess excellent listening, and presentation skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
Possess ability to be adaptable to different personality types
Participate in the company?s new hire training program
When needed, assist with general customer support for inbound calls from the company toll-free support line.

Two years of prior inside sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Knowledge of the tax preparation industry is a bonus
