Interim HealthCare is looking for a self-motivated, highly qualified, experienced and professional Accounting Analyst to perform AP and Payroll processes in our fast-paced Accounting Department.
Primary responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
Providing assistance to Management
Meeting required deadlines in all work areas
Ideal candidate will possess:
Excellence in communication and customer services skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changes that occur in a fast-paced Accounting Department.
Self-motivation and flexibility in work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications including strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Must be organized, handle multiple tasks, detail oriented.
Very Strong detail and organization skills; ability to adapt to change.
Speed and accuracy in data entry.
Ability of prioritize responsibilities in order to handle multi-functions.
Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.
