We are looking for an experienced Director of Software Development to help us define and build our Cloud Healthcare Platform. ZOLL Online delivers high performance mission critical "in the cloud" emergency healthcare services to our customers ranging from small EMS agencies to large hospital-based healthcare systems. As the leader of the ZOLL Online team you'll join other outstanding product and engineering leaders to work hard, have fun, and lead the future of healthcare cloud services.
We are looking for a broad leader who will own and drive development and engineering excellence across major components of ZOLL Online. You will have strong ownership over creating new systems and evolving existing systems including product definition, engineering development and operations, team development, and scaling the business. You'll manage a tight, agile team that ships and you will be able to see the impact your work has on real customers. This is a senior leadership role that will interact with all levels of ZOLL and ZOLL?s customers and partners.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of engineering management experience preferably with Internet-scale experience
7+ years experience with building and leading teams with an emphasis on scaling them to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business
7+ years of experience managing software SaaS or Cloud development teams and shipping software-based products or services
Experience Cloud Service on a platform like AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
Domain expertise in cloud technologies like microservices, Node, NoSQL platforms like Cassandra and Couchbase, containerization, user-interface technologies like Angular, ReactJS, analytics technologies like Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana, etc
Strong analytic and quantitative analysis skills
BA/BS

This leader has must have demonstrated that they have succeeded in delivering high quality technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team
Experience driving a technical global product and team with end to end inbound and outbound product responsibilities
BS in Computer required. Masters preferred.
Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects
