Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Summary
Reports to Inside Sales Manager. Performs sales function for new and existing accounts. Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service for both internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as team members within the sales department.
Essential Functions
Sales:
* Talks with customers by phone concerning new orders, existing orders, sales returns, shipments and products.
* Writes up and inputs sales order.
* Work closely with the Credit Department on establishing credit limits, and resolving disputes with customers.
* As needed, provide sales support of Will Call and Counters sales, and Outside Sales Representatives.
* Attend and participate in designated Sales meetings.
* Assists Inside Sales Manager on special projects as needed.
Customer Service:
* Provide timely and accurate information to new and existing customers when requested, using product and application knowledge.
* Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
* Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Other:
* As needed, ancillary duties, such as administrative work, marketing, and miscellaneous task assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
