YOU HAVE:
Minimum 8 years' experience
Minimum 2 years' Revit experience
AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Creative Office Suite, and MS Office experience
Sensitivity to design mastery of the detail drawing
Superior client service and follow through
Experience in all phases of project work
Committed to project deadlines
Knowledge of healthcare specific codes, compliance, and Department of Health review processes

Integrated Project Delivery and/or Design Build Experience a plus
