The Administrative Support Specialist position plays a vital role in the success of our company as a whole. This position is responsible for assisting our Owners and Management Team with special projects from all departments, along with helping with overall office management responsibilities for all employees. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their job, focused, and willing to wear as many hats as we all do to make our organization flourish and grow to the next level. The Administrative Support Specialist will be tasked with (but not limited to) tradeshow coordination, marketing assistance, office duties, calls/emails/chats with customers and potential customers, data entry and import, data analysis, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.
Acceptable candidates need to be HIGHLY ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED, and bring a positive "can-do" attitude to work each day.

- Experience with Microsoft Office, SalesForce, and MailChimp required
