As Night Shift House Supervisor you would be responsible to handle issues with staffing and resident care and must have critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions with limited input and/or supervision.
RN Responsibilities:
Charting and Documentation
Drug Administration Functions
Nursing Care Functions
Care Plan and Assessment
RN Requirements:
Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN/RN in Nebraska.
Must possess the ability to make independent decision when needed.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents and family members .
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
