Planned Parenthood of the Heartland is seeking a Regional Director of Health Services in Omaha NE to Work with the Senior Director of Clinic Services and Operations to establish and assure adherence to PPHeartland procedures and policies. Provide leadership to centers within the assigned region. Assist in development and implementation of programs of the agency. Act as liaison between Center Managers and administrative staff. Participate in team approach to patient care and working with others to achieve productivity standards and exceptional customer services. Serve as a team member working with Regional Directors to develop, implement and monitor programs in customer service, efficiency, productivity, HIPAA and Risk Management.
A few of the job duties include:
Provide leadership and guidance to Center Managers in the areas of personnel management , clinic operations , and training
Provide direct supervision, leadership, guidance and support for center managers to ensure implementation and compliance with best practices and regulatory guidelines and processes at the regional and center level
Provide direction and oversight at the regional and center level in assessing and monitoring the clinical staffing levels, work environment and personnel assignments to ensure there is sufficient knowledge/skill capacity to accomplish goals within each center, including cross-training and succession planning
Maintain working knowledge of PPHeartland?s policies and procedures and programs in order to support and evaluate the level and quality of compliance at the center level
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree or six years of progressive related work experience in lieu of degree required
5-10 years of management experience in health, business, human service or related field required
Previous healthcare management preferred
