Outside Sales Manager Job Opening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Position Overview:
4 Corner Tire Shop and Tires On Site, partners in delivering world class service and convenience for motorists, are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Field Sales Team. Our Commercial Sales Manager (CSM) will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with key commercial accounts. The primary business objective is to grow sales and share of market within their territory. CSM will leverage industry knowledge, presentation, and customer service skills to successfully communicate our service and product offerings, resulting in new accounts and sales growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals within assigned territory.
Identifying and targeting new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
Track and monitor all sales leads from Stage 1 (identification) through Completion (Reorder).
Develop strong local contacts targeting potential clients across various industries and participate in local networking events.
Help create appropriate sales and marketing materials.
Perform administrative duties in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a passion for customer service, strong sales closing skills, and the ability to maintain and develop new relationships. Being a highly self-motivated individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility in crucial for this role.
2+ years of experience in outside sales.
A results driven, energetic, confident personality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, compelling speaking and presentation skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs)
Candidates must have clean driving record and reliable source of transportation.
Ability to travel daily within the local Territory.
