Sales Account Executive Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Onicx Energy is a fast-growing niche company providing full service LED lighting focused on the multifamily industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our top-notch team. You will act as part of our sales team to grow existing client revenue and find new client business. You will act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure seamless client rollouts and ongoing, superior client satisfaction.
As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients? needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.
This position reports directly to the CEO and requires someone who can work independently. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales by bringing in new business and maintaining our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned key accounts
Grow sales within existing client base
Grow sales by bringing in new accounts
Act as the point of contact for assigned clients
Organize regular client meetings and presentations
Identify new potential clients
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
Ability to travel up to 30%
Hands on experience with customer service
An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
Solid knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and time-management skills
Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience in the Multifamily industry preferred
2-year degree in related field, Business Administration, Etc. preferred
3-5 years sales experience preferred
