Prepare internal and external financial reporting deliverables
Prepare all periodic forms filed with the SEC
Assist with accounting research
Assist with external audit requests
Assist with Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
Accounting degree
CPA or actively pursuing licensing
4+ years? experience including one or more of the following: Public Accounting, External Reporting, Accounting, Internal Financial Reporting
Strong background in SEC reporting
High technical aptitude with Excel
