Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Monroe, Connecticut - Bookkeeper/Office Manager to perform accounting functions along with other general small office duties.
This is a full-time position.
Hours: M-F 8:00am ?
Responsibilities Include:
Answering Phones
Billing/AIA Documents
Accounts payables
Accounts receivables
Assemble payroll and distribute to men
Assemble tax information for accountant
CT & NY sales tax
Daily deposits
Collections
Excel spreadsheets
401K administration
OSHA administration
Secondary Responsibilities Include:
Must have a minimum of 5 years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience, preferably in the field
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Quickbook is a must
Typing ? Approx. 50 wpm
Job Type: Full-time
