Description:
Growing Firm needs a freelance full charge bookkeeper. Hours are as needed to start. The right candidate will have a firm grasp of GAAP and be able to process: Payroll, Payroll Returns, Sales Tax Returns, A/R, A/P, Bank Reconciliations, and more. Clients are varied between legal, interior design, retail, real estate, non-profit, and wholesale. Candidate must have the ability to switch gears and companies quickly.
Candidate must have reliable transportation.
Requirements:
7 years accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting rules for retail vs wholesale companies
10 years knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of WC audit completion
Knowledge of tax return preparation
