WorldAPP is looking to hire a money motivated, smart, and curious individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
Here's what we're looking for:
You should have 2+ years of sales experience (software / technical background preferable)
You should be smart - we really don?t care if it is book or street smart but, you need to be smart if you are going to thrive here
You should be genuine. Everyone knows the stereotype of the sleazy sales guy, we really don?t like that guy and they are rarely successful. We want the same person in the interview, in the office, on the phone, as they are at home. Simply put we hire people not ?sales people.?
You should be a team player (who wants to be the best person on that team). This is an incredibly collaborative environment between Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Project Management. You have to be able to play well with others, but in the end we are sales people and sales people are competitive. You should want to see your name on top of the board
You should love challenges. Our engagements aren't "cookie cutter", so every conversation requires critical thinking and creativity
