Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Middleton, Massachusetts - Growing North Shore business is seeking innovative self-starters & team oriented individuals for full time Outside sales positions to represent our product to contractors, architects and homeowners. Ideal candidate will have experience selling millwork products and proficient knowledge of building construction. Extensive product training will be provided. Sales area is Eastern Massachusetts, typically within the Merrimack Valley, Boston proper and suburbs. Some showroom coverage including one Saturday (9am ? 1pm) per month on average, required.
Qualifications: * Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Word, Excel, Outlook experience, a must * Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise * Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline * Ability to work both independently and in a team setting * Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings * Previous sales experience * BA/BS preferred
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to target and strategically manage a customer base. Candidate must also be a highly engaged, positive team player and show an elevated degree of customer focus while developing new business and managing existing accounts. This candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to meet and or exceed reasonable monthly and annual sales goals.
