Job Functions and Duties:
Perform Annual and quarterly SOX Compliance testing.
Perform Annual Risk Assessment.
Perform Assigned financial, Operation and Compliance internal Audit.
Design control testing strategies to effectively determine if controls are in place.
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
Required Skills:
Should have strong knowledge in Accounting principles. GAAP and GAAS.
Strong knowledge in Sarbanes-Oxley and Public corporate accounting (PCAOB)
Understanding COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organization) auditing framework.
Analytical skills necessary to review accounting and financial data etc..
Excellent communication skills required.
