Sales Compensation Analyst Job Opening in Somerset, New jersey - Maintain the integrity of the IBM Compensation system through validation and system controls.
Maintain and update IBM Compensation database and tables
Ensure and validate the accuracy and timeliness of the distribution of Commercial Incentive Compensation Plans according to the Terms and Conditions of each plan.
Calculate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual compensation payouts for the Sales, Corporate Accounts, Inside Sales, Commercial Operations, Field Clinical teams and others as deemed necessary.
Execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to create, change, publish, and obtain approvals of the individual comp plan documents and calculator tool.
Address and answer queries from the commercial teams and provide regular training on sales incentives to the sales teams, with ad-hoc training provided as needed
Maintain the systems, process and data for the sales incentive plans, including a ERP system feeds into the compensation system.
Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness.
Collaborate with HR, Commercial Operations, and Finance to validate accurate quotas are assigned and in alignment with company targets and plan.
Contribute to the development, modeling and creation of all commercial compensation plans within Terumo Interventional Systems.
Build architecture in the IBM system for annual compensations for commercial groups in Terumo Interventional Systems.
Manage impact of changes to QBSR quotas/plans to the non-QBSR/overlay alignment.
Perform monthly audits of the quotas/plan information in IBM Compensation System to ensure it matches the plan issued.
Improve the current process for scalability.
Contribute to the sales compensation team as needed with user acceptance testing, auditing, plan analysis, and reporting
Ensure the plan issuance process, controls and documentation is in accordance with SOX requirements.
Conduct any Ad Hoc financial analyses per TIS Controller and FP&A Manager requests
