Day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions
Client/customer service and collections via phone and email
Monitor customers on credit hold and unpaid orders
Process credit card transactions
Record cash receipts
Batch daily deposits
Check freight bills for accuracy
Enter Accounts Payable invoices
Qualifications
1-3 years of solid experience with accounts receivable
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner, detail oriented and must be great with numbers
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Big Plus: Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP
in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
