Baptist Health currently seeks a Corporate Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in analytics, managed care contracting or healthcare finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the entire revenue cycle with experience in key revenue cycle initiatives such as payment modeling, payor negotiations, pricing strategy, contract compliance, and/or denial management.
The Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of accurate reimbursement models for each of Baptist Health?s major payors. Further, the analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysis of profitability by payor / service line / physician, volume trends, Revenue Cycle key performance indicators and more.
Requires a minimum bachelor?s or equivalent degree in Finance, Management, Information Technology, Statistics or related field. Knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle and BI/Analytics tools such as payment modeling, auditing and denial management. Minimum 5 years? experience in Revenue Cycle in a complex healthcare environment.
