Front Desk Receptionist/Night Auditor Job Opening in Huntsville, Alabama - We are looking for a courteous, customer service driven, friendly and dependable individual to join our hospitality team.
This position is for 2 weekend shifts (7am - 3pm) and 2 overnight shifts during the week (11pm - 7am).
Primary responsibilities include:
Making and modifying of reservations. General administrative duties. Convey information clearly to our guests and other staff members. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Providing attentive, cordial and professional service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Any previous experience as a hotel night auditor is not a requirement, but is a major plus.
