Front Desk Receptionist Job Opening in Guntersville, Alabama - Functions:
Greet customers
Maintain telephone switchboard - direct calls to the appropriate location
Assist Sales & Marketing Staff & Accounting Department
Relationships:
Report directly to the Dealership General Sales Manager
Maintain a close working relationship with all departments: Administrative, Sales, Parts, Service, and Storage
Responsibilities and Authority:
Customer Satisfaction:
Greet customers promptly and courteously
Maintain labeled brochures for distribution
Answer telephones promptly and courteously according to dealership policy
Maintain current and weekly log of Sales Consultant?s schedules
Direct customers to proper personnel who can address their request accurately and promptly
Alert salesperson if a customer is in the lot
Send out brochures, spec sheets, or used boat inventory sheets as requested by
Sales People.
Attend and Support Sales Department Events
Interdepartmental Relations:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with all dealership personnel
Handle overflow paperwork as required by departments other than Sales
Housekeeping/Safety:
Keep desk and office neat, clean and organized at all times and in a manner that will leave customers with a positive impression
Follow dealership security guidelines
