Director of Clinical Services Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Indeed Hire in partnership with Senior Star Management is currently seeking a fantastic Director of Clinical Services to join their team.
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and implementing company-wide clinical programs that focus on Senior Stars wellness philosophy: Supports community clinical teams within Community Health Services departments in providing a holistic approach to care delivery. Responsible, with all other Senior Star employees, for the leasing and marketing success of the community. Conducts business according to the Senior Star Mission, Vision, and Goals.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, 40-50% travel required.
Essential Job Functions:
Creates and supports community implementation of resident care policies/procedures that meet standards of excellence and in accordance with each state's regulatory guidelines.
Oversees and implements clinical wellness programs (medication management, nutrition, fitness, disease prevention, fall management, continence management etc.).
Works in conjunction with Corporate Program Director to ensure clinical wellness programs are integrated into programming differentiators.
Perform scheduled community site visits to evaluate the quality of services provided and residents/family satisfaction.
Provide clinical guidance to community Health Services teams to ensure Senior Star?s clinical wellness programs are fully implemented.
Measures outcomes of clinical wellness programs and provides benchmarking reports.
Creates and provides orientation, training, and ongoing education programs to further the knowledge and expertise of our community Health Services associates.
Researches and implements innovative clinical wellness programs and resident-centered care programs to elevate Senior Star?s market differentiation.
Reviews incident report trends to identify opportunities to elevate clinical wellness programs and to ensure we are meeting the needs of the residents.
Participates in clinical risk investigations, provides support and direction to community leaders and puts preventative measures in place to prevent reoccurrences.
The Senior Star Director of Clinical Services may be given additional duties and responsibilities.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills
Must have two years? experience in Senior Living
Bachelor?s degree in healthcare related field, Licensed LPN or RN preferred
Experience creating innovative clinical wellness programs with a holistic approach preferred
Experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred
Strong business acumen

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required
