St. John Hospice is an Ascension at Home company. Our nonprofit hospice provides palliative care and symptom management to patients and families who are facing a life-limited illness. St. John Hospice is the longest-established hospice in Tulsa, with more than 30 years of experience serving the communities of northeastern Oklahoma.
We are currently hiring for a Director of Hospice. This amazing opportunity will provide leadership and direction for our Hospice program. The candidate selected for this role will execute strategic plans and growth strategies leading to increased market share. He/she will provide the vision and leadership for developing an operational framework that assures the accomplishment of system strategic priorities and achieves the quality, customer service and financial outcomes of the Hospice program.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of progressive responsibility in a Director role or similar position in hospice program, with emphasis on knowledge of regulations and operations.***
Bachelor?s Degree in Healthcare related field.* *
Licensed Registered Nurse preferred.*
Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
30% of role will be spent outside of the office in a hospital environment***
Interaction with physicians and executive leadership* *
Must be ?growth-minded; have experience in growing referrals.*
