Information Technology Help Desk Technician Tier II Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - MBX Medical Billing Experts, is a premier nationwide Medical Billing company efficiently integrating billing, technology, and people for the best client experience.
The Helpdesk Technician Tier II will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Will be a hands-on professional who enjoys working with the team to achieve goals, meet quotas, eliminate security risks and increase customer satisfaction. The Helpdesk Technician Tier II will report directly to the Manager of Information Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES to include:
Provide technical assistance and support for all incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. Responding to phone calls, email and work flow system
Work with IT personnel on various projects
Write training manuals
Walk customer (employee or client) through problem-solving process after asking questions to determine the problem.
Follow up with c ustomers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and other systems
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
Skills and Requirements:
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Certificate or Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years? technical experience in the helpdesk role
Ability to work in a team enviornment
Microsoft certificates highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure
Experience with Cloud Based or Managed Services Architecture
Networking \ Security certificates highly desirable
Experience providing IT Support in a Medical Billing or Healthcare environment preferred
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work independently and as a team
Strong computer skills
Excellent analytical , problem solving and organization skills
Close attention to detail
