Responsibilities consist of:
-Supervision of a small team of architectural draftsmen & designers
-Client management including billing, Accounts Receivables, billing projections, proposals,
client communication including meetings
-Primary responsibility for projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents
-Construction Administration when required
- Assist in preparing presentation renderings
-Coordination with team members and clients
-Dedication to the projects assigned
Candidate will work directly with the Principal or Architect Director and their project team members.
Work has emphasis on restaurant and retail project design, both new construction and renovation.
Position Requirements and Expectations
-Familiarity with the task listed above
-Strong commitment to work quality
-Bachelor of Architecture degree, Master?s degree preferred
-Professional license in Architecture
-Be proactive in meeting objectives and performance expectations of position
-Must understand the value of client satisfaction
-8 Years minimum Professional experience
-Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with REVIT
-Familiar with state building codes and standard industry design practices
-Ability to travel up to 25% of time
