Candidate Responsibilities The incumbent will ensure all engineered-to-order products and/or ;large direct ship parts and parts packages ship and revenue is recognized in a timely manner.
Typical Day A typical day will include reviewing project timeline with engineering, operations, and other support groups, arranging project kick-offs, and making sure all paperwork is accurate, recorded properly, and filed as per record retention guidelines.
Education Requirement A four year BA or BS degree is required. A technical degree is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills Required Must be able to manage through computer systems and work spreadsheets. Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required. Project Management is desired. Knowledge of accounting services for invoicing.
Job Details: He/She will be working alongside engineering, quoting, ordering, and operations to ensure clear visibility to each groups impact to dealer and customer delivery. Directly responsible for placing demand in the systems once an order is received, managing RTS dates to dealers, arranging logistics and shipping, and preparing and sending invoices.
Travel Requirement 0-25% Potential Travel Location Milwaukee.
