Quality Systems Specialist/AS9100 Auditor
The ideal candidate should have proficient understanding of AS9100D Quality Standard. This position will assess QMS compliance and support the division with internal and customer related quality compliance.
Core Responsibilities for Quality Systems Specialist/AS9100 Auditor :
Interpret, implement the transition of and audit to AS9100D standard
Create internal audit checklists and perform internal audits to the AS9100D standard
Capable of providing the leadership and support during Customer, 3rd Party, DCMA audits, etc.
Review of internal procedures to ensure compliance to AS9100D standard
Conduct Customer Contract Reviews for the Quality Department
Conduct Router/Traveler Package Audits to ensure compliance to documented procedures and AS9100D standard?s requirements
Perform Traceability Reports from receipt of parts through Stores
Accurately interpret customer purchase order, industry and regulatory requirements
Perform scheduled Quality Management Systems and Key Procedures Training
Participate in or Lead the Corrective Action Review Board
Knowledgeable and capable of interpreting and implementing systems and procedures for ITAR/EAR compliance
Qualifications for Quality Systems Specialist/AS9100 Auditor :
AS9100C or Rev. D Certified Lead Auditor
5 -10 yrs. experience as auditor and responsibility with Quality Systems Management
Must be fluent in interpreting Quality Systems Specifications, Standards for Aerospace and Military Applications
Proficient computer skills (ERP Database, MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OnBase)
Must be a US Citizen
Education Requirements for Quality Systems Specialist/AS9100 Auditor :
Possess an Associates or Bachelor?s Degree in Aerospace or Business or related field.
