Inside Sales/Marketing Job Opening in colorado springs, Colorado - Inside Sales/Marketing RESPONSIBILITY: Provide front office support for home improvement service contractor. Take ownership of critical office operations. Office is busy and company is growing. More information is available at SAMPLE DUTIES: Answer incoming phone calls Inside sales for phone inquiries, emails, and walk-in customers Data entry into CRM program Scheduling of jobs for up to 5-7 workers Preparation of work orders Customer service Assistance with advertising and marketing Process incoming and outgoing mail Verification of time sheets Light bookkeeping and accounting Trade show sales and service QUALIFICATIONS: College degree & 5 years of relevant job experience Excellent organizational skills Project a positive and professional image to callers and visitors Ability to work well as a team player Enthusiastic telephone, customer service, and sales skills Solid computing skills with email and Microsoft Office for data entry & word processing Good ability to multi-task in fast paced, small business environment A sense of humor is preferred! OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: Position is full time. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Dependable attendance and punctuality are critical job requirements. Individual must be detailed and skilled at organization to succeed in this position. Starting salary is negotiable according to abilities and skills.
