Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, competitive Outside Sales Representative (Account Manager) to join our Zinncorp team. You must possess the discipline to generate leads, cold call, network and build strong relationships with all levels of prospect and client decision-makers. We want someone who can produce and lead, generate qualified job requirements from top companies in the Twin Cities and ultimately close business. You will be accountable for business development and sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requirements.
Job Requirements:
Must have a 4 year degree from an accredited University
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience developing new clients into loyal clients.
Must have significant cold calling experience along with strong negotiating skills.
Require excellent communication skills and excellent organizational skills
Ability to build professional relationships with top IT hiring managers
Ability to manage priorities and manage multiple tasks and deliverables
Ability to prospect and build a network for new business opportunities.
Desired Skills / Experience:
IT sales experience preferred
