Field service tech copier service Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Field service tech copier service Field service technician need for service and repair of office equipment (Copiers, printers and scanners) NOT A COMPUTER TECH OR NETWORK JOB MUST HAVE COPIER REPAIR/SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Previous copier repair experience required Candidate training and education Education - High school education or G.E.D. (Required) - Two-year college or equivalent experience (Preferred) - Networking a PLUS - Personal Interest and Experience with PC related technologies Personal and Technical Skills - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Excellent problem resolution, conflict management, and negotiation skills - Excellent interpersonal communication on all levels - Ability to work independently - Ability to work calmly in high stress situations - Ability to systematically trouble shoot complex situations - Ability to rapidly adapt in a constantly changing industry - Familiarity with Computer Hardware / Software systems - Mechanical / technological aptitude and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner - Willingness and potential to grow with company.
