Synergy HomeCare is Hiring an On-Call Caregiver for the Summer Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Synergy HomeCare is Hiring an On-Call Caregiver for the Summer Synergy HomeCare in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced caregiver to work through the Summer on an on-call basis! (Permanant on-call position is also available). At Synergy HomeCare we provide non-medical in home services to senior and other individuals who want to remain independent in their homes. Examples of services we provide are: meal preparation/grocery shopping light personal Our on-call caregiver will be paid a competitive weekly wage in addition to an hourly wage for any shifts worked during on-call period. Caregiver must be available by phone 24 hours/day for 1 week at a time The on-call caregiver will be contacted for any last minute called off shifts or other emergency staffing situations. The on-call caregiver will work between 0 and 40 hours per week (depending on the staffing situation that week), but will make a guaranteed weekly wage regardless of how many hours are worked. Minimum qualifications: * Open availability (at least 2 out of 4 weeks each month) * Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience-- home care setting and geriatric care preferred * Driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance are required * Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications within 1 week of job offer * Must obtain TB (mantoux) test within 1 week of job offer * Must complete initial training within 3 weeks of job offer If you meet these qualifications and are interested in applying, please email: info@ with your resume and cover letter.
