The Healthcare Sales Living Advisor is a field based business development role responsible for meeting referral lead goals, generating new leads from existing and new referral sources, maintaining relationships with referral sources, effectively prioritizing accounts, and developing plans to manage and grow accounts. The Sales Advisor is responsible for creating and executing a plan for to market to hospital case management, discharge planners, rehabilitation centers and other healthcare providers. The Senior Living Advisor also acts as a liaison between the medical community looking to safely discharge their patients and families seeking senior living options.
IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE ESTABLISHED CASE MANAGERS OR SOCIAL WORKER CONTACTS IN JACKSON OR CASS COUNTY AREA IN THE SKILL NURSING AND HOSPITAL ARENAS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior Living Advisors are required to be knowledgeable about senior living options in their market area. It is important to develop excellent relationships with these providers in order to make safe, quality matches for the families we serve.
+ SLCs are accountable for top line revenue goals based upon fees generated via move ins at partner provider communities
+ SLC are responsible for generating leads and converting leads into move ins(placements) into our partner provider communities.
+ SLC focus on referring and moving clients into partner providers by understanding a family's unique needs and demonstrating an intimate knowledge of partner providers in the market.
+ Will call on social workers, case managers, administrators in skilled nursing centers, hospital, physicians offices and older adults and their families.
DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE, DEALING WITH CASE MANAGERS, OR PLACEMENT MANAGERS HIGHLY PREFERRED!!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+Build relationships and educate referral sources and families on our service.
+Understand client needs and refer and tour partner provider communities.
+Manage the sales process, guide families through their search process, coordinate provider tour appointments, facilitate all documentation to move in.
+Pipeline management: manage lead pipeline on a daily basis and record in our CRM to ensure up to date family and referral source information and status; as well a maintain accurate sales forecast.
ACTIVITY EXPECTATIONS:
*Document all appointments and outcomes
*Develop relationships and establish solid referral source in his or her territory to drive referrals to Carepatrol service.
*Make 30 contacts per week including but not limited to physicians, hospitals, SNF?s and other community resources.
*Complete weekly contact sheet and submits every Monday
*Complete and maintain a comprehensive list of leads.
*Engage prospects in dialogue regarding their needs and our services.
*Demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal.
*Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness
*Licensed driver with own automobile.
*Strong competency using Microsoft office & Google office docs

Associate or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Marketing: 2 years

REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATION:
Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance
