Every candidate will receive a phone call, several will be invited for an in-person interview, some will be invited back for a second, at the end of which offers will be extended to viable candidates. We expect new Outside Sales people to earn between $50,000-$70,000 in their first year but we place no cap on income potential. This is a full-time, draw against commission based sales position and the sky is the limit.
We furnish all leads. This makes it easy for you to build your base through customer prospecting. Our system is very effective and we have refined it for 71 years, across 4 generations. The training we provide is hands on, and the system is proven, and it will work for you if you work it!
Every territory is protected, meaning you will be the only one of our representatives working the area. No overnight travel required! It?s all within 200 miles of Chattanooga.

Duties:
Contact individuals, set appointments and close appointments
Build and expand territory through customer prospecting
Maintain, expand, and develop existing customer relationships
Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, pricing, credit terms, etc. to customers
Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:
All candidates must pass a MVR, in addition to owning their own reliable personal transportation. Proof of valid driver?s license and automobile insurance are also required.

Excellent organization, interpersonal, time management, verbal and written communication skills
Positive and coachable attitude
Ability to close a sale
Comfortable using the telephone to contact leads and schedule appointments
