Astronics Custom Control Concepts (ACCC) in Kent, Washington is a division of Astronics Corporation (ATRO). ACCC is the world leader in Cabin Management and In-Flight entertainment systems for VIP aircraft. We are a highly vertically integrated company that produces virtually all of our products in our plant in Kent, WA. We serve a worldwide base of customers with state-of-the-art products.
Position Summary: The A/R & Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for full-cycle A/R, preparation of Bi-Weekly payroll using ADP and monthly/quarterly tax preparation.
Essential Job Functions: Prepare invoices/credit memos; record customer payments; collection calls; balance activity to month-end account balances and prepare aging/other reports; preparation of royalty calculations and other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of financial accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Experience : Cost accounting in a manufacturing environment and public account experience a plus.
Knowledge : Working knowledge of ERP System and ADP Payroll software.
Skills : Demonstrated high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and QuickBooks; strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, effective problem solving and strong analytical aptitude; ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities and projects; strong verbal and written communication skills; maintain accurate records and files with a high degree of confidentiality.
