Bilingual Administrator Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Master Bore LLC, is an underground installation company that works through out Whatcom county, Skagit County, Island county, King County, Snohomish county and Pierce county. We are currently searching for a full time bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Administrator to work at our Seattle office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones
Proficient on Microsoft outlook, Gmail, and Excel
Call locates- Calling before beginning any excavation to local PSE company
Knowledge in reading and understanding utility-provided maps to assist in identification of underground utilities
Ability to read and decipher drawings
Ability to shuffle multiple projects with accuracy
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas and appointments with field workers
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create estimates and invoices to customers
Stock office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator , office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Proficient knowledge with Outlook, Quickbooks, Excel, MS Word
