The Lucy Lending Team is seeking an ISA to join our team. Inside Sales Agent (ISA) calls on a multitude of lead opportunities, cultivates client and realtor relationships, sets appointments, and manages all leads within our management databases. Calls are made each day to reach new potential clients and old clients, engage where they stand in the homebuying process, give value to the overall homebuying process from both the real estate and lending sides, and schedule meetings with the agent associated with the lead or our resident CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist).
REQUIRED SKILLS
Effective written and verbal communication
Excellent phone skills- strong closer to set appointments
Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
Excellent Customer service and listening abilities
Strong relationship building know-how
Highly-organized and detail-oriented
Able to meet and exceed goals
Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software (excel- willing to train on CRM)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work a scheduled 40 hours a week, spread over the whole week for peak calling hours
Practice and learn new scripts based on campaigns
Call past clients for new opportunities or referrals
Conduct 100 calls daily
Manage contact database systems in real time-excel/ CRM
Attend training/coaching sessions as well as feedback sessions with management
Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
Generate weekly reports
