Sales Training Boot Camp:
This 5 day boot camp for automotive sales is the foundation for any new, experienced or management level sales person who wants to learn from the best in the industry to build a successful career in the automotive business.
When completed each Boot Camp Certified Sales Person will:
Know and understand each of the 12 Steps and how to communicate with managers at dealership
Be able to successfully do a product presentation
Effectively establish customer rapport immediately with the ?meet and greet?
Know how to document and log all car deal efforts and communications in DealerSocket
Be able to do car deal from start to finish
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting with clients and help them narrow their choice in new and pre-owned vehicles
Follow up with new clients who have not yet purchased
Follow up with clients after purchase to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) at or above Regional Standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must be able to pass pre-employment screening including: background check and drug test
Current Drivers License and a clean driving record
Stable career with previous employers
