Senior Property Accountant ? Diverse Portfolio Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - Our client is an established Real Estate Management and Investment firm in the greater Boston area that is actively looking to hire a Senior Accountant to their team. This individual will be the go-to person for operational accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of varying assets.
Major responsibilities will include:
Preparing and analyzing financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Developing portfolio budgets and budget to actual analysis
Detailed reconciliations and review of accounts
General Ledger maintenance
CAM charges and reconciliations
Cash flow analysis
Coordination of month and year-end close activities
Assisting with external audits
Monitor accounting and track expenses for development projects
