Accounts Payable Administrator Job Opening in Hicksville, New york - Our Company, headquartered in Hicksville, NY, is a reputable and well established family owned business who has specialized in the creative design, import and distribution of displays and mannequins for the retail industry for over 80 years.
We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Payable Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years accounting and payables experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook & Word) with strong Excel skills and excellent communications skills are required. Position requires basic understanding of the fundamentals, practices and principals of Accounting. Import experience preferred. Associates / Bachelor Degree in accounting preferred. Concur experience a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Strong skills in Excel
3+ Years? Experience with Accounts Payable
Understanding of Accounting Principles and Transactions
Familiarity with Concur (invoice and Expense) and ResponsePro a plus, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Import and Distribution experience a plus
Strong oral and written communications skills
Associates / Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting preferred
Salary and Benefits:
Salary $45,000 - $ 50,000 annually (Contingent upon experience)
