1. Salary plus commission/per unit bonuses
2. Straight commission

Responsibilities
Assisting customers with vehicle purchases (over 15 auto manufacturers to choose from) * Creating lifelong customers, through service, value, and support * Training on the latest strategies * Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Prior sales experience is a plus but not absolutely required. * A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory. * Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful, and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential. * Our Business Development Teams will help you attract and retain customers.
