The Account Executive, Multifamily will be responsible for a multi-state territory, selling solutions to the property management industry.
Responsibilities
Prospecting, self -lead generation and marketing activities using telephone, on-line presentations, webinars, e-mail interaction and conference participation
Be comfortable interacting with executive level personnel in large to mid-sized property management companies and C-level targets in the multi-family industry
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree or commensurate experience
Sound basic sales principles such as lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation and closure
Understanding of sales strategies using consultative selling and techniques
Strong presentation skills
An assertive, engaging personality and a demonstrated record of generating results
Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented and be able to function remotely with little direction
Must also have the ability to understand technical products; use a computer for administrative needs along with a CRM system
Entrepreneurial spirit and like small company culture and 3-5+ years of successful sales experience managing and developing a sales territory
A background in software sales, property management industry interaction or accounting systems will be given strong consideration
Ability to travel 40%
Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
