Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a large management company. We manage over 70 apartment complexes throughout Arkansas and Mississippi, with the majority of them being HUD properties. Our corporate office is located in Little Rock, AR, which is where the Accounting staff are located.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring all invoices are entered, correct, and paid
- Ensuring all utilities are paid on time
- Entering all deposits and ensuring bank statements are reconciled monthly
- Cash management
- Any other duties and/or projects as assigned
Preferred experience and skills (not required):
- 1 year of experience in related field
- Microsoft Excel
- QuickBooks
- 10 key
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
