Job Responsibilities:
Assist in month-end activities, including journal entries and financial reporting
Perform GL account reconciliations and analysis
Perform bank reconciliations and analysis
Responsible for monthly accounting and client communications for fulfillment webstores
Assist with Accounts Receivable and collections
Assist with timely filing and maintenance of registrations and licenses
Prepare various analysis and reports, as needed
Participate in other strategic accounting and business projects, as needed
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Associate?s degree in Accounting with relevant GL accounting experience considered
Knowledge of GAAP accounting
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn various software applications
Aptitude for working independently and problem solve with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
