Sales Associate Job Opening in Annapolis, Maryland - Humearth is hiring a sales representative to be paid on commission who will 1) identify local businesses in Maryland who could benefit from an online marketing campaign, and 2) establish contracts with those businesses. The position is remote (i.e. the sales representative may work when and where they choose). The primary responsibilities will be contacting local businesses via email, phone, or in-person to gauge if they would be interested in Humearth's digital marketing services. The position is commission only.

Job Summary:
The sales representative will first reach out to small businesses who could benefit from an online marketing campaign. They must have a comprehensive understanding of how Humearth provides SEO, social media branding, email campaigns, and data analytics for a company. In reaching out to local small businesses, the sales representative is responsible for representing Humearth well and establishing new contracts with local companies.
Job Responsibilities:
Establishing connections with local small businesses who lack a digital marketing presence
Staying up to date with required Humearth reading assignments to maintain technical understanding
Providing weekly updates to Humearth regarding the performance of sales efforts
Providing weekly updates to Humearth regarding any actions taken to reach out to new companies
Maintaining a positive attitude and taking self-initiative
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in college
Access to internet
Attention to detail
Ability to take self-initiative
Ability to draft and execute a sales campaign
High levels of creativity
Flexibility and problem solving
Compensation:
The position is compensated with commission only . Additionally, the position is remote , meaning hours worked and marketing efforts are at the discretion of the sales representative. Sales representatives have performance requirements, but may creatively and freely conduct their efforts. Because of the small start-up nature of Humearth, new sales representatives who perform well will be considered highly for upwards job mobility.
