Internal Sales/Account Representative Job Opening in California, Maryland - Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 + Bonus

My client, a leading manufacturer of electrical interconnect solutions and accessories for the aerospace and defence markets are looking for a number of experienced Internal Sales Representatives to join their team.
They are looking for the best and brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of results-driven customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for all client communications, including taking briefs, quotes and pricing, customer service including processing complaints or concerns. He or she will also manage the administrative side of our accounts and make outbound sales calls to generate leads.
The position may include but will not be limited to the following:
Familiarize yourself with all current accounts
Multiple key account management (1-10 accounts)
Communicate with clients about campaign direction, deliverables and next steps
Record all transactions relating to client payments
Generate and distribute invoices for services rendered
Audit all client files quarterly to ensure accurate record keeping
Communicate with the creative, accounting and management departments of the business
Monitor company email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Minimum 2+ years? experience in internal sales/account management/customer service
Experience with a manufacturer of electrical, electronic or electro-mechanical products/packages a plus however, it does not have to be specific to aerospace and defence markets. Electrical distributor experience will also be beneficial.
Proven account management experience, preferably with multiple accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic accounting skills a plus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
