Market Job Title: Software Development Advisor/Production Support
Duration: 6 month contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience
Role Responsibilities
Understand the issues reported and provide solution.
Should be able to patiently understand the user issues, provide solutions and alternate options.
Should adhere to PE processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
Should be documenting the known Defect Document for efficient running of the support of applications.
Understands and interprets requirements by probing for information, facilitating consensus building, and synthesizing and translating ideas into actionable requirements.
Leading Support teams and communication with multiple teams across the application landscape
Requirements
6-9 years of production Support experience
Familiarity with Ticketing systems and workflow in the ITIL process.
Good knowledge of project Support methodology and the ITIL process
Excellent communication and documentation ability.
Ability to handle high volume of issues efficiently and adhere to process / procedures of CYC.
Should process excellent analytical ability to triage the problems.
Knowledge of Querying the database like Oracle, checking the Queues and Logs on the servers etc.
Leading the support team.
Preferences
Knowledge of Java and JEE related applications
Good knowledge of project development methodology like Waterfall or analytical skills, Healthcare knowledge, excellent communication skills, debugging skills, etc.
Very Minimal programming skill
Knowledge of JavaScript
