Restoration Technician Job Opening in Stevensville, Maryland - PuroClean Emergency Restoration Specialist a Franchise of PuroClean is looking for Restoration Technicians in Stevensville & Annapolis area.
Restoration Technician will:
Clean and restore property after fire, water, smoke and mold damage
Removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
Clean carpet and upholstery
Cut, remove, and replace drywall and other materials
Set-up and monitor drying equipment
Use computer program for moisture mapper
Communicate with customers during stressful situations
Keep on schedule and adjust to changing priorities
Pay Rate & Benefits:
$12 - $15 per hour

Job Requirements for Restoration Technicians:
Be on-call and work after hours and weekends
Lift up to 50lbs
Use common hand and power tools

Clean driving record
Background check and drug screening required
