Mobile Application Developer Job Opening in Jersey City, New jersey - Job Description: We are looking for an experienced mobile iOS developer to work on mobile wallet. The ideal candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running in fast paced environment, be comfortable to iterate quickly and push new codes every day. Experience working with customers directly is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software and processes
Integration with a number of third-party services
Reverse engineering
Write high quality, high-performing and well-tested code
Turn design requirements and prototypes into a working app
Visit the customer site and work with customers
Experience:
BS degree in Computer Science
3+ years of work experience building apps
Skills:
Proficiency with Objective C and Swift
Deep knowledge of the iOS, Android OS, JAVA, iOS NDK, Android SDK, OO, data modeling, design patterns, TDD/BDD, RESTful APIs, clean code and UX
iOS SDK, Swift, iCloud, Cocoa Touch, development in XCode, Android SDK or Android Studio
Experience with Android OR iOS UI frameworks
Experience with Java, Obejective-C, C and C++
Performance analysis and tuning experience including memory usage, CPU utilization, leak checking, etc
Excellent debugging skills to solve challenging problems
Experience with and extensive knowledge of Linux.
Experience with wireless device to device communication standards (Bluetooth, BLE, NFC, WiFi, ProSe).
in mobile application software development tools (e.g. GIT, Gerrit, JBOSS?), testing, process (agile, kanban) and configuration management.
Professional knowledge of TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, HTTP, and UDP.
Experience in mobile web application development (e.g. ) is a plus
Experience in cross-platform development technologies (e.g. PhoneGap, Appcelerator, Xamarin, Qt) is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
