Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Fairfax, Virginia - Fairfax law firm seeks motivated individual for a part-time office manager/bookkeeper position. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of an associate degree in accounting or 5+ years of relevant experience. Must have prior experience in human resources and personnel management. A qualified candidate must also possess significant bookkeeping and accounting experience including familiarity with accounts payable, financial statements, Quick Books, processing payroll and tracking 401(k) contributions and loans; competence with Excel for the creation and maintenance of budgets; and a full understanding of bank and credit card reconciliation. Position will require 25 hours per week with potential for flexible schedule.
