Locally-owned and growing physical therapy outpatient practice seeks a results-oriented Marketing & Public Relations Professional. This is a fast-paced position requiring a person who thinks strategically when executing marketing and PR programs. The ability to establish productive relationships with members of the healthcare industry, local community, and with internal team members is elemental. The ideal candidate thrives on surpassing goals, understands the big picture while still being able to deliver details.
Job duties:
Establish rapport with local medical community and referral coordinators through office visits, educational events, networking, and one-on-one settings
Weekly reporting
Sponsorships and event coordination inclusive of trade fairs, open houses, races, etc. Some evenings and weekends are required.
Marketing communications management
Administrative duties such as follow up phone calls and mailings
Strategic delivery of marketing and PR programs
Participate in team divisional meetings to communicate marketing and PR initiatives and receive feedback from fellow employees
Skills
Ability to not only perform the duties, but do so with an analytical approach so they maximize goals and return on investment
People-person who enjoys and speaking in front of others
Likes to work independently to generate results
Project manage with an aptitude for detail and an understanding of the big picture
Willingness to learn existing and new programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and very comfortable working in Excel spreadsheets
More than 50% of the time will be out of the office. Reliable transportation and valid driver?s license is necessary to perform this job.
Previous sales experience or medical background is preferred but we will train the right individual. Competitive base pay with potential for quarterly bonuses based on production.
